Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless chef's knife 16 cm, 34891-161-0

I bought this as a gift for my fiance. He absolutely loves it. There's nothing to compare it to as this is his first investment knife. But compared to other knifes he's used for food prep, it's good weight, handle is really nice to hold, and the cutting ability is superb. I noticed that the food doesn't slide off the knife when it's chopped which to me would be an irk but that's easy to get over at he is able to cut everything ten times easier than before. Really happy with the purchase and glad I chose this as the beginning of his collection. Would recommmend to others for sure!
