Chef'sChoice 120 Electric Knife Sharpener, UK Plug

I have had one of these for years but did not move it with me since it didn’t have a flex for Ireland. Big mistake I should have brought it and used it with a transformer. I bought a less expensive sharpener but I could see it shaved off too much metal so I bought this one. It won’t ruin your knives and will serve you for years.

I have pnly used this once, and strictly in accordance with the instructions. It does sharpen the knives but not to the extent claimed. The sharpened knives would not pass the paper test in a any circumstances and leaves the knives only moderately sharp. I hope for better things in the future but am pessimistic as the instructions indicate immediate results.
