## Materials and construction

This wok is made from forged aluminium. This ensures the heat is properly distributed. The pan can be used on all heat sources, thanks to the steel disc in the bottom. The handles look professional and are secured with stainless steel rivets to make sure you can safely use them. You also don't have to worry that the handles will get too hot: because the inside is hollow, the handles won't heat up as fast.

Ceramic coating, made without PFAS, offers superior non-stick properties that make food release and utensil washing very easy.

## Tips for use

Remove labels and stickers from the pan before first use. Clean the pan with hot water and some detergent. Rinse the pan thoroughly and dry it well. Use a paper towel to rub the inside of the pan with some vegetable oil. Sunflower oil or peanut oil are great options. Then rinse the pan under hot water and dry it again. The pan is now ready for use. By repeating this process regularly, you are protecting the non-stick coating and extending the lifespan of your pan. Always choose a suitable heat source and temperature for your pan. When using a gas hob, make sure that the flames never reach up the sides of the pan. Preferably use cookware made from wood, plastic or silicone. If used carefully, you can use metal cookware like forks and spoons, but take care not to scratch the surface. Also make sure you never cut food in the pan and don't tap the side of the pan with metal utensils. Light scratches may become visible with normal use but these do not affect the pan's functioning. Always clean the pan well after use. Any leftover food or greasiness can get stuck inside, which may affect the non-stick coating. Always allow the pan to cool down before cleaning it, and never place a hot pan under a cold tap. The pans simply cannot cope with this sudden difference in temperature.
