Wie beschrieben, zunächst etwas rauh und trögt erstmal viel Material recht grob ab. Das gibt sich aber und dann funktioniert der Stein sehr gut. Ist aber schon recht klein, bei größeren Küchenmessern nehme ich einen größeren Stein.
