I cannot fault ease of purchase and delivery. The cutlery is beautiful aesthetically. I have found that the metal tarnishes easily. One knife has already got a bad stain on it that I have been unable to remove. Used cutlery is not left dirty and goes through my brand new dishwasher. This is very disappointing considering the substantial cost of the goods. I am therefore quite disappointed with this purchase. Any suggestions for removing the mark ( I have no idea what caused it) would be gratefully received.
