## Yaxell Hana blade made of MOVAX steel

The blade of each Yaxell Hana kitchen knife is made according to the traditional San Mai forging process, for which a hard core is covered by stainless steel. The core of the blade is made of MOVAX steel, a special alloy of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium.
