This wide-blade Zwilling is outstanding—razor-sharp, well balanced, and comfortable to use. Holds its edge very well. After one month I bought two more as gifts.

Great knife, I've many of the Pro range, but I wasn't keen on the 20cm Chef, so I've moved down to this as my main work knife. This 16cm seems much better balanced and easier to use for both slicing and dicing. If I had one slight issue is that the wide blade is probably too wide with food sticking to the blade, I might go for scalloped blade next time. Price was excellent, and delivery quicker than expected.
