The second most used knife in our kitchen (after Eden Classic Damast utility knife 13 cm). Keeps sharp long time, is handy, is nice. I am satisfied.

It's perfect to do some tiny tough work like cutting into the stem of a cauliflower to release the florets. Something my SG2 petty is to thin and flexible to do with confidence. It came pretty sharp and was relatively cheap.

This is a beautifully made knife. Feels great in the hands and is nicely weighted. Super sharp blade straight out of package. Very glad I bought this.
