The **Morakniv Eldris Hunting 14237** is a different version of the standard Eldris, specifically designed for hunting purposes. The blade is made from stainless steel and the handle has a nice orange-green colour combination. These are popular features among hunters. Stainless steel is great for gutting game and thanks to the colour combination, you'll never lose your knife when making your way through dense vegetation.

The Eldris is the perfect companion for smaller tasks around the camp, food prep, wood carving or making a **one stick fire. It's an ideal knife to put in your backpack alongside your larger outdoor knife. You can carry it as a neck knife or put it in your jacket pocket. In addition, it is a great knife to have young individuals get acquainted with outdoor knives.

## Morakniv Eldris Hunting blade

The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel and has an exceptional grind. In addition to the regular scandi edge, the 'shoulder' of this edge is thinner at the tip to ensure a lower cutting resistance. The spine on the blade is very sharp. This could appear to be a disadvantage, until you try to use a firesteel with it. The sparks will fly! You notice that this was clearly thought through.

## Morakniv Eldris Hunting handle

The handle is made from polymer, with a TPE rubber finish around the core. Very sustainable, and provides plenty of grip. It's especially useful in damp conditions when your hands are wet or slippery. The large handle gives you optimal control over the blade, making it suitable also for the more precise cutting tasks.

## Morakniv Eldris Hunting sheath

This version comes with a belt loop, so it can easily be worn vertically on your belt.
