This type of steel is stainless and in combination with the handles dishwasher-resistant. We do, however, prefer washing the knives by hand. Heerlijk setje messen. Heel betaalbaar, lekker scherp en goed scherp te houden. Fijn voor in de keuken waar ook weleens een mes minder netjes behandeld wordt.
