Shopping for a knife set that’s sharp in every way?

This **Zwilling Twin Grip two-piece knife set** is incredibly practical for daily use. The relatively light-weight knives are made from top-quality materials. The plastic handles are ergonomically shaped and seamlessly merge with the blade. As such bacteria cannot accumulate underneath the handle, making these knives incredibly hygienic.

The blade has been made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled down to -70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.

After the hardening process the blade is sharpened in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone.

Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Twin Grip collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.

Heel scherp en handig in gebruik. Heel tevreden.

Mesje en dunschiller zijn erg scherp. Fijn schilmesje dat z'n werk meer dan goed doet, alhoewel het geen molenmesje is. Dunschiller super fijn voor wortelen en asperges e.d..

Het schilmesje nog nauwelijks gebruikt, maar het lijkt mij prima. De dunschiller is super, zeker nu in het aspergeseizoen. Een aanrader!

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
