Features of the Maglite Mag-Tac torch
The Maglite MAG-TAC comes in 2 variants. The version with the plain bezel around the head of the light and the tactical version. The tactical version has been enhanced with a crowned bezel. It can be useful for self-defence or as a glass breaker in emergency situations, for example. In addition, the knurled edge lets light escape when the torch is lying with the bezel down, so you can immediately see that it is still on. It is a clever design that combines power and practicality. And then there are the rechargeable and non-rechargeable versions.

This torch has 4 light modes: High (533 or 543 lumens), momentary on (the Maglite will only work if the switch is held down), low (energy saving) and stroboscope. You can reach the different modes by shortly pressing the tactical switch at the back once up to four times in a row. The charging station you use to charge the Maglite Mag-Tac R is designed as such to make sure it will fit inside the cup holder in your car. Of course, you can also place it on your desk or workbench. You can easily charge it with a random USB-port, but also with a 12V cigarette lighter in your car or simply in a wall socket.
