TLDR skip this and buy something like a Sharpal 162n instead. Value for money is okay, for the price you do get a somewhat reasonable package, considering the holder and the stone being double sided. The holder (at least mine) doesn't really stay in place, the rubber on the bottom isn't very grippy. You can get a knife reasonably sharp, but even after a significant amount of breaking in, grit feels very uneven and there are very significant bits of contamination on both sides, big enough individual grits to see with the naked eye and catch your knife very easily. Grit also has worn away past just breaking in, I don't think the stone would hold up well, at least with any harder steels, but for something like Victorinox knives it's probably fine. If you're looking to just have your knife not dull, it works, and a strop helps, but a better stone doesn't cost much more.
