I recently bought the Zill Pro 16chef knife, that I was very pleased with, but found the blade a little too wide. To match it then I bought this santoku with the granton grooves - very pleased . well balanced - great handle - excellent for fine dicing and slice cutting, including large items. As before really good price and really good and quick service. I've got 2 great knives working in tandem.
