The **Eden Classic Damast utility knife** is a true all-rounder. Whether you want to finely chop herbs, cut vegetables into pieces or clean meat: it is all possible with a **utility knife**. For many of these cutting tasks you can purchase specific kitchen knives. However, this all-rounder is actually indispensable in any kitchen.


## Eden Classic Damast series


The Eden Classic Damast series is comprised of all conceivable kitchen knives. The blades on these knives have a core of strong and stainless AUS-10 steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC. The edge is razor-sharp and can easily be sharpened. The core has been encased in multiple layers of graceful Damascus steel.  33 layers per side to be exact. As such, including the core, there are 67 layers in total. Because of this combination the kitchen knives are not only incredibly functional, they are also absolute eye-catchers in your kitchen.


The Damascus steel blade seamlessly merges with the stunning black design handle that is comprised of a composite of linen and synthetic resin. The handle and the blade have been connected with the help of three rivets.


## Not in the dishwasher


As applies to all top-quality kitchen knives, it is best if you do not put your Eden Classic Damast knives in the dishwasher. It is best if you immediately wash and dry them after use. As a result the unique look and feel and the quality of the knives is optimally preserved.

Très agréablement surpris par la qualité de ces couteaux Eden Classic. Le damast reste discret et le tranchant est parfait. A voir sur la durée mais vu le sérieux de l'équipe Knives & Tools, je suis confiant.

   Fijn mes, ligt fijn in de hand en niet te zwaar.   Goed stabiel te houden.   De snede verliep heel minimaal aan de punt, met een diamant slijp steen gemakkelijk recht te werken.
