Efficient, double-sided sharpening stone to safely sharpen your axes

With this **Hultafors sharpening stone** you can safely sharpen your axe no matter where you find yourself. The low weight of only 220 grams and the included protective cover, made from real leather, ensure that you can easily take the stone with you. The stone is enhanced with two sides. The coarse side has a grain size of 180. Great to sharpen the shape you prefer. The fine side has a grain size of 600 to sharpen the axe. 


The stone has a solid grip to make sure your finger and hands are safe from cuts. Thanks to the cut-outs you can safely use this sharpening stone in the field. No matter where your adventure takes you, with the Hultafors Grinding Stone you will never be left with a blunt axe again!

pas donné mais la pierre fait une belle boue et donne un bon résultat. l'étui en cuir est quant à lui trop huilé ce qui fait que la pierre en avait un peu absorbé et l'étui relargue pas mal d'huile lorsqu'il est en contact avec du bois/tissu et donc ne remplit pas son rôle premier de protéger la pierre car on aurait plutôt tendance à ne pas l'emporter avec soi... dommage pour le prix sachant qu'un mauvais cuir moins huilé aurait mieux rempli ce rôle

A very nice item in its leather pocket. It's easy to hold, and makes it easy to keep an edge on the axe.

La pierre n'a pas été utilisée car ma hache est toute neuve :)
Aussi, la pierre est livrée avec son étui en cuir : belle effet.
