Sehr scharf, einfach und langlebig und gut nachzuschärfen. Ich sehe keinen Nachteil gegenüber der Carbon Variante.

De tweede die ik heb gekocht nadat de oude naar de gereedschapskist is verhuisd. Hoewel het voor sommigen misschien te groot zal zijn, vind ik het een heerlijk mes om mee te werken. Niet geschikt voor het hardhandige werk, maar met het dunne lemmet wel een uitstekend mes om mee te snijden!

das Opinel 12 ist ein Monster von einem Messer, sehr schneidfreudig und handlich, trotz seiner Größe. 

Wir hatten zwei Messer zur Auswahl angefordert. Dieses hier haben wir wegen seinem praktischen Nutzen behalten :-)
